Mandy
"Mandy runs a candy store where she dresses in costume and doles out sweet treats. She's a little too into the act and rules her candy kingdom with an iron fist."
Class: Marksman
Rarity: Epic
Trio: Candyland with Berry and Chester
Best skin: Malicious Mandy
Mastery title: "Tough Cookie"

Mandy is a sharpshooter with an incredibly long ranged attack and a super that can go across the entire map. She takes a lot of skill and aim to play however, and is a very hit-or-miss brawler.

Health: 2800 to 5600
Movement speed: Normal

Main Attack: Candy Dispenser
"Mandy shoots candy from her Candy Dispenser and while staying still she gains Focus, increasing her attack range."
Damage: 1300 to 2600
Range: Long
Range when focused: Very Long
Reload speed: Normal
Mandy's main attack has good range and solid damage, but it has a slow projectile speed, making it relatively easy to dodge. However when focused, she has the longest range in the game, even going off the screen a little bit. It takes around half a second of standing still for her to go into focus, so make sure you aren't in range of enemy brawlers before going into focus.

Super: Sugar Ray
"Mandy shoots a long ray of sugar passing through enemies and the environment, dealing massive damage."
Damage: 2500 to 5000
Range: Very Long
Mandy's super is a straight blast that goes across the entire map, dealing an absolutely insane amount of damage after a short delay. It takes good aim to hit, however, as there is a delay before shooting it and the projectile speed isn't very fast. If used properly though, it can get some crazy kills, and lead to even more supers.

Gadget 1: Caramelize
"Mandy's next candy from her Candy Dispenser slows down enemies on hit for 2.5 seconds."
Cooldown: 13 seconds
This can be a great gadget for Mandy, as if it is hit, she and her teammates can autoaim down the slowed enemy. It also has a short cooldown, making it able to spammed if you can hit your shots.

Gadget 2: Cookie Crumbs
"Mandy's next candy from her Candy Dispenser pierces enemies and the environment."
Cooldown: 16 seconds
This is also a great gadget for Mandy, as the best way to avoid her attacks is by hiding behind walls. However, this gadget going through walls lets her get by this weakness. It can be used to force enemies back or secure kills.

Star Power 1: In My Sights
"Mandy shoots her candies with 15% more speed while Focused."
This star power is almost a necessity when playing Mandy, as without it, her projectiles are painfully slow when she is focused. This star power makes it much harder to dodge her focused projectiles, making it incredibly valuable to have.

Star Power 2: Hard Candy
"Mandy receives 40% shield while Focused"
This star power may seem good, as a 40% shield is quite a bit of damage reduction, and she is much easier to hit while standing still. However, Mandy is almost completely reliant on her first star power to hit focused shots, invalidating this star power. If Mandy changes in the future, this star power may become good.

Hypercharge: Sugar For All!
"Mandy fires her Super in three different directions."
Charge rate: 3 supers
Speed buff: 24%
Damage buff: 25%
Shield buff: 5%
Mandy's hypercharge is absolute devastating, as her super combined with the damage boost kills or cripples most brawlers in the game. The additional supers make it insanely good for hitting other enemies, often leading to multiple kills and teamwipes. It can take a while to charge up against good players, however, but it is still a game-changing hypercharge.

Gear selection:
Mandy's best gears are damage and shield, as shield helps her with her low HP and damage is a great general gear option to increase her damage. None of the other gears really give Mandy a ton of value.

Best Matchups:
Mandy's superior range and extremely high damaging super allows her to be good against most other marksman and long ranged brawlers. Brawlers such as Bea and Brock are countered by Mandy, as they have a lot of range, but can't quite reach Mandy while focused. They also have low HP, allowing for Mandy's super to either kill or cripple them if it lands. Mandy is also good against 8-Bit, as his slow speed allows for easy connection with Mandy's main attack and super, even though he has long range.

Best Counters:
Mandy's best counter by far is Nani, as she is the only brawler who can compete at her range, and she can reflect both Mandy's main attack and super, dealing a ton of damage back to Mandy. Mandy is also countered by brawlers with movement speed boosts, such as Max or Jae-Yong, as they can dodge Mandy's shots and super, forcing her to move and bringing her out of focus. Mandy's projectiles become slower when she isn't focused, making it even harder for her to hit them.

Best Game Modes:
Mandy's best modes by far are Bounty and Knockout, as her incredible range allows her to stay back from enemies and counter many of the marksman played there. Her super and hypercharge can also be gamechanging, securing important kills.

Tips and Tricks:
-
Know when to go in and out of focus with Mandy. You should only be going into focus when you know that you are out of range of the enemies.
-
Don't just randomly throw out Mandy's super, try to analyze where the enemy will be while taking into account the super's delay. You can also use it to kill an enemy across the map that is hiding behind a wall to heal.
-
Mandy's hypercharge is absolutely devastating, as it is very easy to hit 2 or more enemies, leading to another hypercharged super.
-
You can use Mandy's Caramelize gadget to help her against aggressive brawlers, as the slow can allow you to get away if they get in range.
-
Use Mandy's Cookie Crumbs gadget to kill enemies below her damage threshold behind a wall, or to force back throwers, as they are squishy and often camp behind walls.
-
On some Knockout maps, enemies are often forced to walk into certain chokepoints off spawn. Since Mandy's super goes across the entire map, you can fire off your super at the start of the round to potentially hit 1 or more enemies, giving you a much better chance of winning the round.
-
Try to fire off Mandy's super when the enemies don't expect it. Since Mandy's super has a delay showing where it is aimed and can often take a while to hit an enemy, good players can predict and dodge it if they are paying attention. Try to catch enemies off guard to give you a greater chance of connecting her game-changing super.
-
If possible, try to communicate with your teammates over voice chat so that they can tell you where the enemies are. This can lead to a lot more consistent super connections on the enemy team.
