Bibi is a tank with a fast movement speed and solid damage plus knockback with her main attack. However, her attack has very short range and a long windup. Her hypercharge is the strongest part of her kit, allowing her to get potential teamwipes if there are enough walls.

Bibi has a short-ranged main attack with a delay can be charged up to deal knockback. It knocks back enemies very far, so you need to be careful with it so you don't knock enemies out of her short range. The damage is pretty good, however her range is incredibly short and the delay is very long.

Bibi's super is almost the complete opposite of her attack: It has a very long range, fires out instantly, but doesn't deal much damage. It actually lasts a certain amount of time rather than going a certain distance. It also bounces off walls, making it best used in a space with a lot of walls so it can hit enemies multiple times.​

Gadget 1: Vitamin Booster
"Frank clears any disabling effect on himself, and momentarily becomes immune to stuns, slows and knockbacks."
Cooldown: 15 seconds
This is a great gadget for Bibi, providing her with a ton of extra passive healing. It can be used pretty much off cooldown, since Bibi will often be taking damage, and she relies on the healing a lot to survive.

Gadget 2: Super Sticky
"Bibi’s next Spitball slows down enemies on hit for 3 seconds!"
Cooldown: 10 seconds
This is an alright gadget, as the slow can allow Bibi to close down her enemies easier. However, the reason Bibi struggles to approach enemies is because of her low HP for a tank, so this gadget is not as useful as her other one in pretty much every circumstance.​

Star Power 1: Home Run
"Bibi's movement speed is increased by 12% when her Home Run bar is fully charged."
This is a pretty solid star power, as Bibi can essentially have a permanent movement speed boost. This allows her to dodge more shots and get into range a lot easier.

Star Power 2: Batting Stance
"When Bibi's Homerun bar is fully charged, she shields herself from all damage by 20%."
This is a similar star power to her other one, as it essentially makes her have an infinite shield if she doesn't attack. However, she will be taking the most damage when she is engaging on an enemy, meaning she won't have her shield up when she needs it most. This does have more use in bushy maps however, as you need the shield to avoid getting bursted down too quickly, and you can get a speed boost from the speed gear.

Bibi's hypercharge is the best part of her kit, charging fast and allowing her to chain multiple supers and deal a ton of damage since her bubble splits into 2. The stat boosts she gains are also really good for her to run down even more enemies. It is best used in closed spaces, similar to her normal super, as the bounces allow for a lot more damage on multiple enemies.

Health gear is by far the best gear for Frank, as his high HP makes him regenerate thousands of health per second with it, and you are often going to be taking a lot of damage when using Frank. For his second gear, use speed on bushy maps and damage on non-bushy maps.

Best Matchups:
Frank is good into low-DPS brawlers who can't interrupt his attacks, as he can simply run them down with his gargantuan health and high damage attacks. Janet is a great example of this, as she really only has her main attack for damage, and it is pretty much impossible for her to kill Frank. Frank also does well into brawlers that are susceptible to being hit by his super, which means basically any tank without a knockback or stun. Draco and Rosa are great examples of this, as Frank can outrange them, and once they are stunned, they can't use any other ability to help them survive once they decide to engage.

Best Counters:
Frank is countered by pretty much every anti-tank brawler, as well as brawlers who can interrupt his attack and super. Collette is definitely the best counter into Frank, as her main attack chunks him down due to his extremely high HP. Lou is also great into him as he can easily stun Frank with his main attack, leaving him completely vulnerable. Frank also get countered by Griff due to his insane amount of damage, being able to melt through Frank's HP.

Best Game Modes:
Bibi's best mode is Brawl Ball, as its fast paced gameplay allows her to get multiple hypercharges in a game, and it is a mode where tanks like her also thrive since they can walk the ball in easily with their high HP and speed. Bibi can also keep her star power's buffs while holding the ball, making her a great walking goal scorer. Bibi can also be decent in Gem Grab, since she can play more passively than most tanks with her knockback, and can change the game with her hypercharge.

Tips and Tricks:

Since Bibi's attack has a delay, you can use your attack before the enemy is in range so you don't have the delay while you are in combat.

Try to knockback enemy brawlers into walls, as you won't be able to kill them if you knock them back into nothing since they will be out of your range.

If you knockback a brawler at the same time you use your super, you can get the bubble to hit an enemy brawler twice, which is very useful. The timing is hard to get down, however, so it is recommended to practice this in the training cave.

Be aware of how much ammo the enemy has when engaging with Bibi, as she is prone to getting bursted down easily. Engage when the enemy is low on ammo to give you a greater chance of winning the interaction.

Use Bibi's knockback more passively in certain scenarios to force back opponents and take position on the map.

You can also use Bibi's knockback to interrupt certain abilities, which is very useful considering she can do it with just her main attack.

Try to save your ammo until you are low HP, as you attack much faster when you are low. You can use this to catch the enemy off guard with your damage.​

If you combine Frank's Irresistible Attraction gadget with his Power Grab star power, he ends up dealing a ton of damage with one attack, nearly killing most brawlers in the game.

In Brawl Ball, one trick you can do is stand behind a wall in front of the goal with your super, pass the ball against the wall to yourself, then use your super. This will end up with the enemies either stunned or away from the goal line with the ball in your hands, allowing for an easy goal.
